Oui, à condition d’utiliser une technique et des pigments spécifiquement adaptés à ce type de peau. Les peaux mates et foncées ont une réaction pigmentaire différente des peaux claires (risque de cicatrice trop claire ou d’hyperpigmentation si la technique n’est pas maîtrisée), d’où l’importance de choisir un praticien expérimenté sur ce type de carnation.
Cicatrices claires ou creusées, vitiligo, aréoles après reconstruction mammaire, lèvres foncées ou irrégulières : la dermopigmentation réparatrice permet de redonner une teinte uniforme et naturelle adaptée à chaque phototype.
Le risque existe si la technique n’est pas adaptée à la carnation, c’est pourquoi le choix des pigments se fait sur-mesure lors d’un diagnostic préalable. Une peau foncée cicatrise aussi différemment d’une peau claire, ce qui est pris en compte dans le déroulement des séances et le temps de cicatrisation prévu.
Comptez généralement 10 à 15 jours pour la cicatrisation visible, avec un résultat définitif visible après 4 à 6 semaines, une fois les pigments stabilisés.
